What will you do:
- System maintenance for a variety of virtual and business-user machines, as well as system platforms.
- Use of SCCM for Software, Remote and Machine handling.
- Troubleshooting and fixing network related issues.
- Troubleshooting MS Windows, Office as well as related external and internal system applications.
- Remote Connection aided troubleshooting.
- Creation and management of Cisco Telepresence conferences.
- Creation and management of Service Desk, as well as Incident Tickets in correlation with the described issue and the solution group.
- Respond to service requests via Phone, Ticket and E-mail in regards to SLA and OLA terms.
- Maintaining a relaxed and business-casual attitude with Business-Users and Clients.
- Communicate possible technical or other difficulties to team members for case-optimal handling.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Education and Experience with-in the IT (Service-Desk) field.
- Solid knowledge of MS Windows7 and Windows10, as well as Office2010 and Office365 with their respective functionalities.
- Base knowledge of non-Windows Operating Systems.
- Business-Daily and -Critical application knowledge is appreciated.
- Strong service, quality and client orientation.
- Able to work independently as well as with-in a team environment.
- Able to convey information in both spoken as well as written German and English.
- Objective and solution oriented.
