Get to know the Role:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop, network and application support.
• Setup and installation of desktops/laptops
• Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems
• Understand technical issues and develop procedures and checklists for future references
• Troubleshoot networking issues
• Involve in new and existing projects.

The must-haves:

• Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/Desktop support
• Support experience with various operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS)
• Hands-on experience in deploying and supporting desktops, laptops, video conferencing, networking devices
• Understanding of fundamental networking and internet technologies
• Familiar with cloud technologies.
