IT Technical Support

Ideal candidate:

• Student or graduate in computer science;
• Expertise in the following areas (not all of them required): Desktop infrastructure, systems and applications; Cloud solutions (SaaS); System development life cycle; Service operations; Networking technologies; WAN - LAN networks; VPN;
• Experience in international IT projects;
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Romanian.

Job description:

• Monitors the implementation of IT activities so DT subsidiaries to get connected to internal systems and applications (networking, integration, file exchange, remote access etc).
• Participates in complex and multinational IT teams
• Operates the IT infrastructure, identify business requirements and implement IT components and solutions
• Responsibility for daily IT operations on specific systems and applications from the Business perspective
• Monitor IT systems and applications supporting internal operations
• Provides help desk services on specific systems and applications
• Implement disaster recovery and back-up operations.
• Implement project activities with other Telekom departments, Shared Service Center clients
