IT Trainer

POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:

• Coordinates document management process and administrates the document repository
• Conduct Quality Check procedures and Customer Care training and keep up to date training materials
• End to end delivery of training and retraining to the team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
• Very good knowledge of ITSM
• Outstanding customer care skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to interpret technical language to a less technical audience
• Attention to details
• Excellent time /task management
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to handle/execute repetitive work, high self-motivation.
• O365 – Certification MCSA: Office 36

• Windows Server – Certification MCSA: Windows Server 2016 and MTA

• Windows OS – Certification MD100 and MD101
