Java & Scala Developer

What you will be working on.

·      You will be part of a strategic program aimed to provide a central account aggregation capability, and payment initiation service in countries under PSD2 jurisdiction.

·     The bank units will be able to connect to hundreds of external banks, and on request of the customer will be able to aggregate their external account.

·       Payment initiation capability will be part of this solution, enabling customers to initiate payments from external bank accounts from within their app or online banking environment.

The Mission:

·       Handle delivery – identify, manage and escalate delivery issues and risks

·       Stimulate a culture of learning by doing (incremental)

·       Support the applications, you are working on, in production environment

·       Willingness to support and coach less experienced members of you team

What you offer us.

·        Proven experience in developing applications using: Java SE, Java EE, JPA, Spring, Spring Boot, SQLServer, Kafka

·        Experience with Scala and/or other JVM languages

·        Experience with OAuth2 is considered a plus

·        Familiar with continuous delivery, continuous integration, code quality (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, TFS, Checkmarx)

·        Familiar with the DevOps concept. Experience with DevOps teams is a plus

·        Experience with distributed teams is a plus

·        Having experience in financial application development is an asset
