Java Developer, Bucharest

Pentalog Bucharest is looking for a Java Developer with Full Stack skills who is ready to be responsible for solving innovative and complex problems across the client and server domains of web applications, including integration with client backend systems, applying a wide range of Java and JavaScript components.

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical solutions after a deep analysis of functional specifications documents and technical requirements;
• Developing server-side Java and JavaScript code that fits the backend systems of our clients;
• Writing standards-compliant client-side code for HTML & JavaScript projects;
• Helping our QA teams to conduct unit and integration testing of core application and components;
• Creating technical documentation.

To be great at this job you need to have:

• 6+ years of software development experience;
• 4+ years of experience in applications development, that would include using a range of Java and JavaScript libraries and supporting technologies;
• A profound understanding of web application concepts, including the request/response lifecycle, session management and web application security concepts and techniques;
• Knowledge of a broad range of existing Web development technologies & tools, approaches and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery, AngularJS, React etc.

We will be glad to welcome you in our team if you also have:

• Good command of traditional authentication/authorization methods (basic, digest, token, signature);
• Expertise with SSO in addition to Federated Identity/Delegated Identity and authorization (OAuth, SAML, Open ID); PKI (public key infrastructure); OpenSSL; TLS/SSL, HTTPS and SSL termination; two-factor (multi-factor) authentication; HSM (hardware security modules).
