JavaScript (React) Developer

We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated JavaScript Developer () to our ranks.

You will be part of the EMFE department. Working on the group level, EveryMatrix Front-End (short EMFE) is the department that manages everything related to front-end: from some banners or need of a logo to fully functional, cutting edge online casino. This position is within the Bespoke Team and it will give you the chance to work and manage the core of our front-end solution, doing both new features from scratch but also extending our current ones. With a ration of 70% new code and 30% maintenance, you will have the opportunity to shape the end-production to the best version that will not only assure boosting revenues but maintaining a clean, reliable and performant code.

The Bespoke Team works mainly with React, Redux, WebPack and NodeJS, using WebSockets as the transfer protocol between EM Backend API and the FE, also tackles and improves our internal API application. Everything is shipped with Docker inside Kubernetes with a backbone pipeline provided by Gitlab and a true focus on performance.

Requirements:

• Experience creating fast performing interfaces using React;
• Proven interest in testing, code review, and code quality;
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, especially in-depth rendering tricks for performance;
• Design patterns, optimization techniques and best practices;
• Passion for learning and perfecting skills;
• Good English, both written and spoken;
• Clear understanding of MVC patterns and flavors;
• Having worked with REST web services and/or web APIs.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on real-time web front-ends;
• Experience using React, Backbone, Angular, Ember or similar MV* frameworks
• Passion for learning and perfecting skills by means of reading books, articles and participating in JS communities;
• You love working in a team and you like sharing ideas.
