We are looking for someone to help with the management of internal software tools, with special focus on Jira administration (Jira cloud). So, the profile we are looking for is:

• Expert in Jira administration
  • Create and manage projects and boards.
  • Users’ management.
  • Workflows management.
  • Understanding the different type of issues and behavior configuration.
  • Deep knowledge about dependencies between projects when using same resources base.
  • Knowledge of the add-ons marketplace and ability to find out best fit for users’ needs.
  • Addons management.
• Proactive and solutions research attitude (users know what they would like Jira to do for them, but no idea how, so they expect solution proposals)
• IT related Education or experience
• Experience in IT software tools management

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and configure Jira projects/boards for the different company teams
• Understand users’ needs and design the best Jira solution for their projects (type of issues, behaviors, workflows, addons, etc.)
• Overall Jira management together with other team members
• Other internal tools management, together with other team members: Confluence, Gitlab, Active Directory, etc.
