Job Description:

If you will be in the Acquisitions Team you will perform the follow activities:

• Support the Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), Post Merger Integration (PMI), Procurement, Contracting and Contract Management integration teams and other Legal Services team as part of the Acquisitions Team independently or with minimum supervision in different geographies;
• To document and review terms and conditions of different types of agreements (. master agreements, software agreements, statement of works, non-disclosure agreements, proposals, change orders, etc) and other documents relating to various target companies, operating groups in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and stakeholders’ requirements;
• Supervise lower levels or coordinate small working teams for specific projects, assist to GLN Acquisitions Leads in the coordination of the team and collaborate with other colleagues, coordinators, stakeholders and leadership, track deliverables and perform other duties as required.

If you will be in the Contract Management Team  you will perform the follow activities:

• Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval;
• Independently applies the contract management tools and techniques to assigned projects;
• Provides support to negotiations as may be required and participates in negotiation preparation and taking accurate minutes of negotiations;
• Undertake contract drafting to a reasonable standard with limited CM supervisor input;
• Analyses and interprets the contract in relation to requests for advice and make recommendations for supervisor approval;
• Maintain contract / subcontract compliance in line with Accenture policies and procedures and work with team to resolve issues and escalate to CM supervisor where appropriate;
• Generate reports required to monitor contract compliance (to the quality, format and timescales agreed with CM supervisor);
• Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved.
