Ideal candidate:
- Availability to relocate to Bucharest;
- 0-1 work experience in HR area / volunteer activities / NGOs;
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach;
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks;
- Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Management, Foreign Languages;
- Fluency in German and English.
For the HR generalist role the main activities are:
- Offer support services in HR Administration field;
- Interface with clients to help them in their HR needs: act as first point of contact for HR related questions via phone or E-Mail;
- Update HR data base with personal information changes;
- Produce standard correspondence and labor contracts by following existing templates;
- Create addendum's for existing employees for various job data changes (transfers, promotions, extension of contract, etc.);
- Create letters for specific types of situations (Maternity, Paternity, Study leave, etc.);
- Prepare exit documents for employees leaving the company;
- Involvement in Rewards & Recognition process.
For the Recruitment Associate role the main activities are:
- Understand, learn and apply the Work Instructions that are regulating the Recruitment process;
- Be aware of the Service Level Agreement between Accenture and the client and make sure they are met;
- Perform CV screening in the recruitment system and update accordingly the status of each candidate in the system;
- Dispatch email communication to the candidates and the managers;
- Answer to questions from the candidates or managers;
- Maintain the pool of valuable candidates (the “Talent” pool) up-to-date with candidates selected but not allocated to a current opening;
- Schedule phone interviews between the selected candidates and the German managers;
- Attend all workshops/calls established between the team in Bucharest and the team in Germany.
