We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team!
An effective sales representative must be an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. You will be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
Your excellent service is what brings customers back!
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Identify and respond to client needs
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Establish relationships with new customers via phone or email
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
