 JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

(0-2 years of experience)

IF YOU:

• Have a diploma in Accounting;
• Assess your English knowledge at minim B2 – must;
• Can describe yourself as solution oriented with good analytical and attention to details skills, good at self-organizing and always happy to mate with your colleagues;
• Are a fair Excel friend.

Then, YOU ARE THE ONE to be RESPONSIBLE in Allianz Partners of:

• Create vendors in SAP and online banking, book provider invoices in SAP and online banking, ensure payment of cash advances;
• Work with Accounting Department from Vienna to monitor the Romanian Business Partners accounts (travel agencies, brokers, airlines);
• Extract the records from the accounting systems and provide account statements to the business partners;
• Oversee the open invoices status on a monthly basis and send payment reminders;
• Ensure the proper allocation of the incoming payments, clear the payments in the accounting systems;
• Act as back-up for the Sr. Accountant and perform other accounting activities, when required.
