Due to our international dynamic development, we are looking for:

Junior Accountant

Workplace: Bucharest, Aviatiei corporate area

Job description: working closely with the external accounting company and performing the following activities:

• Performs the bookkeeping and accounting records according to legal requirements and company internal procedures;
• Prepares the statutory accounting, financial statements, and financial reports in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation;
• Prepares the VAT returns (profit/income), local tax returns, other declarations, as required by applicable legislation;
• Prepares and submits tax reports;
• Prepares and submits statistics reports and other reports to the state authorities according to the laws;
• Analysis and preparation of the synthetic and analytical balance sheet;
• Prepares and send to the General Manager and to the Board of Directors of economic and financial reports, at their request;

• Prepares the budgets in the form requested by the Board of Directors;
• Accounts and registers the cash register in lei and foreign currency;
• Accounts and registers the disbursements to the Clients;
• Electronic archive creation;
• Other specific operations related to accounting.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Flexibility and ability to dynamic prioritization of the tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Understanding of the financial market, and financial instruments
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of English – B2 level
• Excellent communication skills
