Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit invoices and financial statements;
- Process vendor invoices and payments;
- Reconcile costs;
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed;
- Communicate daily with relevant parties;
- Understand and apply relevant financial skills and knowledge;
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations;
- Other daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, regulations and procedures;
- Good organizing abilities;
- Good attention to details;
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen;
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in accounting, finance or relevant field.
