We are now seeking for someone who will join our team on a full-time office position as

                                                                                      Junior Accountant

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for recording accounting and financial activities and for maintaining accurate accounting records
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable 
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Responsible for accurate reconciling system account balances to bank statements and for ensuring that all cash management data has been reconciled and input into General Ledger 
• Process monthly journal entries for appropriate general ledger accounts
• Perform month-end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue accounting, expense accounting by reviewing and reconciling account information
• Maintain general ledger system by preparing monthly and year-end adjusting entries accrual
• Create and maintain monthly and year-end financial reports and statements
• Oversee payrolls process and assisting with payroll administration
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Recommend Financial actions by analyzing accounting options

• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions 
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Support preparation of the annual budget, forecast and projections;
• Respond to accounting-related questions and inquiries from employees

Your core competencies and skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices  
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Highly analytical, accurate and detailed oriented
• Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
• Able to work independently and as a part of a team 
• High sense of confidentiality
• Able to work within a diverse and cross-functional team
• Highly self-organized, multitask and realign priorities as needed
• English language proficiency
• Graduate in Accounting / Finance or closely related field.
• 1 + years of experience in accounting
