Position Overview
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for developing new and existing affiliate relationships. The Junior Affiliate Account Manager will find, engage and develop marketing relationships with web site publishers, email marketers and other affiliate marketers.
We will provide you with hands-on experience to learn, plan, implement and monitor the results of strategies and campaigns. The successful candidates would be those who have strong interest and passion in Online Marketing and seek a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage the day to day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns and handle all general questions and technical issues as needed;
- Prepare and deliver weekly internal reports;
- Provide account management support to existing campaigns including but not limited to: pixel placements,creative and technical updates, etc.;
- Manage multiple commitments, prioritize effectively and identify highest leverage areas;
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to optimize performance and increase affiliate-generated revenues;
- Analyze campaigns performance metrics and budgets;
- Ensure compliance guidelines are followed according to internal regulations, analyzing potential risks to any violation.
Required abilities & skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written);
- Strong prospecting skills – able to get creative in finding new opportunities and negotiate deals;
- Self-starter with initiative and drive to succeed – positive, energetic and willing to go the extra mile;
- Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills;
- Natural ability to quickly build rapport with external partners and internal stakeholders;
- Strong recruitment and negotiation skills;
- Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability, and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet industry;
- Works well in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
