Key responsibilities:
Contributes under Category Manager supervision the Brand Plan development for the assigned category
Executes time in full all assigned consumer activities (national consumer promotions, events, new product development, communication campaigns…)
Develops packaging and labels (upgrading, design changing) and any product improvements necessary, in collaboration with relevant key stakeholders
Ensure analysis on key research data and other sources of information to regularly monitor consumer behavior and builds regular reports to the Cat. Man and commercial team
Participates in any research aimed at better understanding the consumer and contributes to the development and implementation of respective consumer researches
Monitors the budget set for the allocated category, while ensuring that expenses are kept within the set limits and informs the Cat. Man regarding any deviation
Monitors brand profitability and flag deviation to Cat. Man
Follows the activities of competitors and their relevant categories (price, consumer activities, advertising, strategies) and builds regular reports to Cat. Man and commercial team
Makes regular market visits
Efficient collaboration with all brand external partners (brand, media, digital, packaging agencies etc)
Job requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing / brand management
Preferably Bachelor Degree in Marketing
Fluent user of English (both written and spoken)
Very good computer skills (Excel – advanced level, Word, Power Point);
