Requirments:
- Experience in Customer Support related activities
- Would represent an advantage the experience with online payment applications
- Understanding of the online payments process (how the online payments are being performed)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to handle deadlines
- Computer skills: MS Office package
- Attention to details and analytical skills
Job description:
- Perform the analyze for the chargeback cases received and decide whether to proceed further with the representment
- Build the case documentation for the represented chargebacks
- Maintain the communication with our partners and clients regarding the dispute process
- Monitor and manage the alerts received from Ethoca and Verifi
- Perform the required actions (refunds, cancel subscriptions, etc) on behalf of the alerts received in the system
- Create and update the reports for the chargebacks and alerts activity
