Microchip Technology Inc is seeking a Client Development Specialist for virtual lead development and account management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to research, analyze and qualify sales leads from various sources
- Ability to create valid business reasons to engage with new sales leads in early sales funnel stages
- Ability to fearlessly approach engagement with new “potential” clients over phone, email or web conferencing
- Ability to collaborate with corporate divisions in Chandler, AZ to move clients from early sales funnel stages via phone calls, emails, web conferencing and engage field sales team when needed.
- Ability to think differently, communicate and collaborate
- Ability to reprioritize with little notice
- Some knowledge of semiconductor business segments, . wireless, touch and security applications
- Ability to use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem-solving activities
- Ability to manage and grow small to medium client accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work with Microchip global sales team and clients on a virtual basis
- Keen attention to detail and organization
- Professional and dependable
- Familiarity with virtual marketing platforms such as:
- Salesforce, CRM or Equivalent
- Marketo
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
