Minimum competencies and education requirements:
- Numerical & financial analytical skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – advanced knowledge is a plus;
- Graduate of an economic university, with good track record.
Soft skills requirements:
- Ability to deliver quality written work - the candidate must have a strong attention to details and be able to prepare written sections of a valuation report;
- Willingness to continue the learning process – current enrolment or genuine interest to enrol in an advanced financial education program (CFA, ACCA) is a plus;
- Team player with communication skills, business awareness and proactive attitude;
- Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment and maintain composure under stress;
- Ability to quickly grasp key business drivers and specific valuation issues.

PwC Romania’s Valuation & Economics team is one of the largest valuation teams in Romania, consisting of over 20 professionals with strong valuation and financial modelling background corroborated with vast experience across industries from Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Retail and Consumer, Transportation, Infrastructure, Healthcare to Banking, Insurance, Stock exchanges.
The valuation team is involved in valuation analysis projects for business entities (business valuation), intangible assets, real estate, machinery and equipment (assets valuation) to address our clients’ requirements regarding mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganizations, financial reporting, strategic planning and other management decision-making.

Data retention
If your application is successful your data is saved for the implementation of the employment relationship, complying with statutory regulations. Application documents of unsuccessful candidates are deleted after six months at the latest. We ask for your consent before retaining your application documents in our applicant pool for a longer period.
