Junior Core Network Engineer

 What you’ll be doing:

• Incident Management/Change Management in the CORE Network;
• Identify Core Network issues, coordinate investigations, and solve minor network issues;
• Perform the first level of investigation in accordance with work instructions and escalate corresponding to next level of support or Senior Core Network Engineer;
• Coordonate the FLM interventions;
• Supervise the performance, capacity and availability of the CORE Network regularly;
• Implements standard configurations and hardware changes in the production environment with the support of a Senior Core Network Engineer.

What you need to know/have:

• Basic knowledge of core networks mobile or fix dependant on maintained technologies PS, CS;
• Basic knowledge of telecom protocols, architectures and IP based technologies;
• Fluent in English & knowledge of Spanish(nice to have);
• Customer oriented/ Service minded;
• Process minded;
• Quality Reflex;
• Communication skills;
• Telecom degree with at least 6 months experience in an operational environment.
