We are looking for a results-driven Junior Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Cluj-Napoca! The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and excellent communication skills. We're flexible about previous customer support experience, but you have to bring something to thе team. ​We value actions and we hire, reward & promote people who particularly demonstrate Passion, Trust, Professionalism, Positivity, Adaptability, Sense of humour and Emotion. If there’s one thing we’re demanding about, that would be high-performance.

Requirements:

  • Part time position (4 hours/day), includes working on Saturday and Sunday and in the night time
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while tracking multiple customer issues at once.
  • Comfortable using computers, understanding of Microsoft Suite and Google Apps.
  • Hard working and fast learner with a desire to constantly improve personal soft skills.
  • Open minded and proactive in resolving various situations.
  • Excellent, close to native, English and Romanian verbal, writing, editing, grammatical and research skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an active interest towards customer relations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers and communicate through various channels.
  • Manage high volumes of emails. Prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues or complaints.
  • Maintain and update documents related cu customers accounts and customer support reports.
  • Learn our products inside out so that you can answer questions and provide details about our products and services
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations while responding promptly to customer needs
