The Junior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent and consistent communication both internally and externally on daily business activities and to process the requests of company's products.

The key challenges of the position will be to develop and maintain a highly skilled level of product knowledge, sales policies, and familiarity with company procedures to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for processing of orders according to company's procedures. Provides communication with warehouses, issues invoices and additional documents. Provides support to customers. Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Accurately processes customer complaints. Provides stock availability, lead time, order status, and shipping date information. Co-operates closely with credit control for effective management of all credit issues related to the customer. Keeps in good order documentation related to goods. Liaises with relevant colleagues in response to customer requests.

Knowledge, key skills and experience:
Business level English written and verbal communication is required. Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). ERP/CRM knowledge is preferable. A proven track record of working in a similar position as well as in a commercial B2B environment is appreciated. Knowledge of the distribution business is desirable.
