JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS:
The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team & operations team; will help generate new sales leads for the company.
Our new colleague will be prepared for their role in a virtual environment that blends self-directed learning with remote group discussions.
Among the tasks:
- Responds to customers' requests, provides support by phone, chat or email and presents basic information regarding the services offered by the company;
- Processes data and records it in the company database;
- Verifies information provided by the clients;
- Assists sales agents in identifying sales leads & provides support for sales-related services;
- Escalates unresolved issues to relevant departments.
