Junior Customer Support with English

- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
- Problem-solver, efficient at troubleshooting and resolving client issues;
- Can work independently but is also committed to the team and common goals;
- Ability to work fast and accurately; attention to details;
- Creativity & strong desire to constantly learn;
- Take ownership for good customer experience and engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS:

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team & operations team; will help generate new sales leads for the company.

Among the tasks:

• Responds to customers' requests, provides support by phone, chat or email and presents basic information regarding the services offered by the company;
• Processes data and records it in the company database;
• Verifies information provided by the clients;
• Assists sales agents in identifying sales leads & provides support for sales-related services;
• Escalates unresolved issues to relevant departments.
