Junior Demand Planner Hygiene Home

Want to be right at the heart of things? As a Junior Demand Planner with RB, you’ll have the freedom to influence and improve operations at every step.  

Pivotal to our ability to deliver on our commitments, you’ll be responsible for accurate demand forecasting. From planning production to purchasing finished goods and forecasting future revenue. You’ll take new information – such as sales or promotional activity - and historic trends and understand the impact on demand. You’ll challenge when necessary. Critically, you’ll provide clear communication between our sales, finance, supply and manufacturing teams.

You’ll succeed because… 

 …you’re passionate about customer service and know how to manage complex supply chains. You have delivered outstanding results in a planning or similar role. You’re able to work with a wide range of data – promotional, run rates, trends and seasonality – and use demand planning software and your own judgement to achieve alignment. Importantly, you’re self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively to influence other teams.

As a Demand Planner your will be responsible for:
• running the monhtly forecasting cycle with the connected departments (sales, marketing, supply) and mantaining the forecast in SAP APO DP system, 
• ensuring a timely replenishment of finished goods and optimum stock level in line with company business parameters

KPI’s 
• Periodical reporting on the KPI's: service level, inventory level, supply chain losses, portfolio optimization and forecast accuracy
• Lead the data management system, portfolio files, develop it with the requested demands
• Set up SKU baseline profiles, integration in APO DP system
* Ensure timely and flawless launches according to company strategy and timelines

Objectives 
• Pack Fill Rate, target defined at the beginning of every year
• Forecast Accuracy, target defined at the beginning of every year
* Optimum inventory levels
* Optimized active portfolio in line with company business performance criteria
