The strong growth and the success of our e-commerce activity in the last years allow us today to create a vacancy of an Junior e-commerce & online marketing manager in order to perpetuate and develop our online sales.

The Mission:

You will be part of our sales and marketing department with  reporting line to the leader of e-commerce sales. Furthermore, you will be supported by our e-commerce team in Germany

Together with the leader of e-commerce sales you will be responsible for all the e-commerce and digital development activities in Romania.

You will be challenged on the development of growth and success of our brand on the big platforms and online shops.

Your perfect knowledge of the  tools provided by our e-commerce partners will allow you to harmonize our offer on the site and quickly implement the necessary marketing operations (eg sponsored advertising, display, deals).

You will also be  jointly responsible for new potential e-commerce customers as well as for the existing ones, you will be their  contact and your objective will be to reference all our product range on their platform.

We are looking for an autonomous and creative candidate with a e-commerce/online marketing experience (minimum 2 years), highly interested and motivated by this challenge of development and growth.

A person as well wishing to use his skills and know-how to implement an efficient and effective online marketing strategy (eg. Social Media, Website, Influencer)

Qualities and competencies required:

Professional experience & required profile

min. 2 years experience

expert use of MS Office

English level +++

Excellent knowledge of e-commerce business (business approach, values, goals, strategies and mechanisms) in xxx

Excellent knowledge of online marketing / campaigns / methods

Knowledge of DIY and Garden business appreciated.

Education

BTS/DUT (to be confirmed) à remark : comparable with 2 years studies  « Fachhochschule » in Germany
Personal qualities: Excellent presentation and natural ease to communicate

You are customer oriented. Autonomous and good communicator, you know how to work seamlessly and in a team when necessary.
