- university degree in Finance/ Accounting or in process of finishing the studies
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- basic knowledge on financial accounting
- good command of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
- good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- attention to detail and accuracy

- strong analytical skills, ability to work on deadlines
- ability to prioritize and initiative to deliver results
- good communication skills

Job Description

- ensures billing process (internal and external) and invoice registration in internal systems
- accounting of invoices (entry and exit) and bank statements
- preparation, verification and archiving of primary documents (customer invoices, supplier invoices, bank  statements, other documents)
- preparation of the monthly archive for external affiliated companies
- exchange of information with partners and verification of balances
- ensures accuracy of all records made in accounting program
- preparing monthly reports for travel expenses and details of other costs
- provides necessary information and support to other departments
- monthly reconciliation of incoming invoices with the internal data register
- various reports requested by the manager
