JUNIOR FACILITIES MANAGER

Hiring Requirements:

-Previous experience in facility management in a multinational company will be a plus (minimum one year);

-Excellent communication skills, teamwork, very ambitious person with a proactive attitude;

-Oriented to the satisfaction of the clients;

-Prioritization of activities;

-Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team;

-Able to make reports;

-Good organizer;

-Knowledge of computer operation it`s a must;

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing the relationship with the client and his collaborators;

- Management of the subordinate administrative team;

- Carrying out the maintenance plan and following its application;

- Managing the arrangement works and supervising the observance of the project;

- Checking the operation in the optimal parameters for the installations that serve a certain project from the company's portfolio;

- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards;

- Participate in making offers, discounts, etc .
