This is a great opportunity to join us as a Jr. HR Generalist in our Global Business Center in Bucharest.

As part of our Performance Solutions HR team you will be responsible for providing global support to the HR/Total Rewards Director – Performance Solutions and the HR VP – Performance Solutions. You will provide effective administration of policies, procedures, guidelines, and benefits. This role also supports company employee relations efforts, transformational projects, and working collaboratively across business groups on behalf of Performance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class HR support to $ business group and HR leadership team
  • Responsible for consolidation of headcount, forecasting, and developing improved reporting processes
  • Lead data audits on behalf of PS business group. Champion data integrity efforts across global business group
  • Manage and build out PS HR SharePoint site to be one-stop-shop resource for global HR teams
  • Assist in development, deployment, and execution of global, regional, and/or local bonus plans, merits, and AIP
  • Support in areas such as job classification, job/position management and salary administration programs
  • Support communication and/or training related to Total Rewards programs or business group projects
  • Manage cross-company transfers, change in statuses, GRC requests, and any other system-related requests for the business group
  • Monitor and manage Ethics & Compliance dashboard and escalate cases as needed
  • Support and manage engagement-related initiatives, dashboards, and presentations
  • Assist with labor relations issues and projects
  • Support global Talent Management initiatives as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

What will make you successful

  • 2 - 5 years of previous Human Resources experience with proven exposure to various soft and hard HR topics
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point also SAP HR or any other HRIS system (advantageous)
  • English language knowledge advanced
  • Great focus on delivering results, customer-focused and ability to achieve results by collaborating with HR team members
  • Experience in dealing with HR operations in changing organizations
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive an effective people agenda that support business results
  • Work schedule flexibility
