Junior IT & Facility Representative

We are looking to add two IT & Facility Representatives to our offices in Iasi and Cluj-Napoca.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage and preserve technical equipment
• Pick up and send parcels, packages, and other deliverables between Fortech offices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues
• Provide full end-user support in using IT devices and applications
• Execute tasks on a regular basis, as part of the internal IT & Facility procedures
• Collaborate with team members and technical staff to resolve incidents

Your Competencies

• Solid team player with a can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license (B category)
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office suite, Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting of IT equipment (PC, peripherals, etc.) is a plus
