Junior IT Help Desk

We are looking for a Junior IT Helpdesk in our office in Bucharest, part of our Mccann Worldgroup and UM Romania IT Team. Are you patient and friendly with all sorts of people? Able to share your technical knowledge in the simple and understandable way? Are you keen on learning how to take the hassle out of any technical problem? Then you are the perfect team member we are looking for! 

What you will do: 

· Serve as the first contact with internal clients who need technical assistance on site, via the phone, chat or email; 

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues; 

· Installing or changing software to fix issues; 

· Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems; 

· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service; 

· Keep record of problems and their resolution; 

· Follow-up with clients; 

· Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve; 

· Suggest improvements on procedures. 

What we’re looking for: 

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 

· 1 year of experience in helpdesk; 

· Learning agility in a dynamic, diverse culture; 

· Action oriented mindset with good priority setting; 

· Systematic, hands on and patient approach; 

· Client focus and desire to build trusting professional relationships; 

· Ability to focus and work autonomously; 

· Tech savvy and enthusiast about tech trends, apps, tools.
