Junior IT Support Engineer

We are looking to add an IT Support Engineer to our team in Brasov.

The role offers the chance to gain experience in maintaining IT equipment. You will work with new hardware technology.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide full end-user support in using IT devices and applications
• Execute tasks on a regular basis, as part of the internal IT procedures
• Collaborate with team members and technical staff to resolve incidents

Your Competencies

• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office suite, Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Solid team player with a can-do attitude
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting of IT equipment (PC, peripherals, etc.)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus
