Junior Planner

Purpose of the job:

Integrating statistical forecast models/sales forecast/consensus forecast production planning process. creating and maintaining database FORECAST PRO. Cooridinating sales & operation .


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining statistical models used to forecast PRO on the sales processes
• Responsible for historical sales database for at least 5 years
• Running statistical forecast weekly and monthly used as in-out for collaborative forecast of sales force and customer
• Coordinates the consensus forecast and provide input to production plans for weekly, monthly and long-term
• Calculate the specific Key Performance Indicators and reports monthly sales and operation process meetings
• Responsible for ensuring returnable packaging production plan in the medium and long term
• Responsible for initiation process new codes of finished goods materials in SAP
• Compliance with codes and the company's own internal procedures or to which it has acceded
• Compliance with internal regulations and working safety rules

Requests:

• University degree – Technical or Commercial
• 1 year of experience – is an advantage
• English language – advanced level
• Knowledge of SAP, EXCEL (Macro, Pivot), Word, PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking, results oriented, time management
• Good communication skills
• Team player
