Junior Process Engineer

Responsibilites

• Evaluate and improve on processes in production.
• Maintain reliable and safe process systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, cost and changeovers.
• Develop innovative solutions.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
• Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
• Advise on corrective actions.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time.
• Research new process technologies within our production facilities.
• Prepare work instructions, reports and flow diagrams.
• Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, and safety of the plant.
• Assumes responsibility of ongoing performance of processes and process plant.
• Ensuring that all aspects of operations and process meet specified regulations.

Education

• University degree in Technical field

Experience and Skills

• Ability to learn and work in a fast pace.
• Provide attention to detail and ability to produce results.
• Ability to interact with team members and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and produce technical reports and diagrams of the manufacturing process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
