Junior Project Leader New Products Development

Responsabilites:

• Gather and document requirements for assigned projects; create and maintain project documentation adhering to designated standards and workflows.
• Participation in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Leading project meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing status updates to management.
• Identification of project risks, issues and trigger escalation process.
• Experienced in test management.
• Monitoring of financial health of the project.
• Track resource availability and allocation.
• Communicate changes that may impact users to the appropriate business stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, planning);
• Good planning skills for small-medium size projects;
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• Good presentation, prioritization and people management skills, ability to lead PM team;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Basic understanding of IT principles and knowledges – SAP, MS office;
• Experience in production driven projects, electrical products and injected plastics products;
• Fluent in English.
