Position Overview

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of all the dietary supplements product launches of the organization.

Essential Job Functions

• Plans, manages, organizes and develops projects assigned from beginning to end;
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within project scope and budget;
• Develops detailed project plans and tracks progress and results;
• Collaborates effectively with key department and cross functional team members from Publishing, Tech, Design, Customer Support, etc;
• Maintains proactive business partnerships and relationships with third parties and vendors to ensure effective project execution;
• Identifies and implements opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and communications;
• Prepares creative initiative deliverables and execution reports in accordance with agreed KPI’s;
• Develops and allocates project scope, objectives and dependencies and ensures resources availability;
• Creates and manages product launching timeline and yearly calendar.

• Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately convey communications;
• Ability to form and develop strong interpersonal, professional relationships; 
• Ability to work independently and as a team member; demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; analytical and critical-thinking skills;
• A passion to always be on top of things and a strong attention to detail;
• Strong work ethic, not afraid to put in the hours when the job requires it (we are heavily working with the US, so sometimes you may have to check emails or Skype at night, at home);
• Motivated learner, able to  easily think his or her way out of a problem;
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).

What can bring you extra points:

• Digital marketing knowledge is a HUGE plus;
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, management or communication;
• Proven work experience in Account Management or Project Management at a creative marketing or advertising agency is preferred;
• Prior work experience in the Retail Dietary Supplement industry is desired, however, not required;
• Ability to travel internationally, when requested.
