What you’ll do:
- Analyzes/audits technical tickets and processes according to established Q&S criteria;
- Provides structured and regular reports
- Collaborates to the internal Knowledge Base under the Knowledge Management and help identify issues and improve certain processes;
All you have to bring with you is:
- Graduated Telecommunications/Electronics/Computer/ Foreign languages/ ASE/ Mathematics;
- Proficiency in English - other language skills would represent an advantage;
- To be careful and responsible, optimistic, clear communication and presentation;
- Familiar in using Office package: Excel, Word, Power Point;
- Time management, multi-task oriented, organized, team player;
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment.
