Junior Quality & Security Analyst

What you’ll do:

•  Analyzes/audits technical tickets and processes according to established Q&S criteria;
•  Provides structured and regular reports
•  Collaborates to the internal Knowledge Base under the Knowledge Management and help identify issues and improve certain processes;

All you have to bring with you is:

•  Graduated Telecommunications/Electronics/Computer/ Foreign languages/ ASE/ Mathematics;
•  Proficiency in English - other language skills would represent an advantage;
•  To be careful and responsible, optimistic, clear communication and presentation;
•  Familiar in using Office package: Excel, Word, Power Point;
•  Time management, multi-task oriented, organized, team player;
•  Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment.
