Junior Recruiter - Internship

What are we looking for?

 We`re looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter Intern to join our HR Team in Iasi!

Internship Details:

• a paid internship for a 6 month – contract
• Part-time job

Requirements:

If you:

• are an undergraduate Junior or a graduate-level student passionate about HR area
• have very good verbal and written English Skills (from B2 upwards) – French could be a plus
• are flexible, proactive and a great team-worker
• willing to learn and specialize in HR policies, procedures, employee record platforms...then this is the right place for you to start your career in a global company.

What should you do:

• Conduct direct sourcing
• Manage job postings on online job boards
• Schedule candidates to tests and interviews
• Manage candidates data base
• Support the overall selection process with the local HR Team
• HR related marketing efforts such as meetups, career fairs and recruitment events
