(Junior-) Recruiting Consultant Healthcare

In collaboration with our powerful network of acute care hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and care retirement homes throughout Germany, we find a suitable employment for nearly all professional candidates. Furthermore we also take care of a language course for our applicants before they start working in Germany.

To start our expansion in Romania we are looking for (Junior-) Recruiting Consultant:

Tasks:

• Recruitment of medical specialists (nurses or nursing students) in your region for employment in Germany through the ADMED Recruiting Program

• Consulting applicants who have applied through our online channels
• Implementation and support of online marketing and social media activities
• Organization of information events or roadshows at universities and medical schools in your region
• Establishment of an applicant network for the long-term recruitment of medical professionals.

Your Profile:

• Personality with good communication skills and good language skills in German or English
• First experience in the area of applicant management and recruiting
• First insights in social media and online marketing
• A reference to medical professions or a large network in this area would be desirable
