Junior Software tester (non-IT profile)

IT industry has a wide reach. If you have worked in a Bank or a school, there are applications related to banking and education as well. So, it might come in handy.
If you have banking experience(payments, products, etc) and you are passionate about QA and you want a new career in IT you've found the right place for you

Responsabilities:

Assuring the plan and implementation of assigned applications testing (requirements analysis, testing strategy, test plan designing, execution, writing user guides);
Functional regression testing, bug management, reporting;
Analyzing and estimating the testing efforts;
Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them

Requirements:

Technical relevant knowledge, IT studies (graduate) - not mandatory in IT field;
Relevant experience in manual testing - not mandatory
Banking experience - mandatory
Knowledge of testing methodology (ISTQB certification);
Good command of English, both written and spoken (French is a plus);
Solution-oriented person, with determination and ability to respect strict deadlines;
Strong analytical skills;
Cooperation and team spirit;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding of business objectives and risks
