Junior Technical Consultant (Linux & JSON) Job

Who We Are

The aim of our team is to deliver best-in-class web user experience for all websites implemented not only at the Bavarian client, but also corporate websites’ level.

The products serve for the direct distribution of car configuration in different distribution channels (employees, authorities, large clients).

What You'll Be Doing

• Provideing status updates to stakeholders and escalating issues when necessary
• Informally train and share project knowledge within the team
• System troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Understanding of security best practices
• Assurance of delivery of the non-backlog and backlog items for your sub-project
• Updating/modifying different configurations according to customer needs
• Creating/updating documentation

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/non-technical fields would be nice to have
• Minimum 2 years of enperience in a technical support role
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with different methodologies such as ITIL and Agile
• Experience with Python, Bash would be nice to have
• Experience with JavaScript Object Notations files (JSON-files) would be a great plus
• Strong problem solving and research skills
• Promptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, German would be a plus
