We are looking for motivated people who are interested to learn, work and grow in transport field. Experience in transport is not necessary because we offer trainings and support in learning.

Candidate profile:

Good knowledge of English language is a must;
Driving license - B category is a must;
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook);
Knowledge of geography in all European countries and transport legislation;
Able to work under stress and able to respect deadlines;
Perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities;
Written and oral communication skills, logical thinking, proactive and with initiative;
Good problem solving and analytical skills – finding the solutions;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Negotiation skills;

Job description:

Ensure effective and efficient transportation ways and minimize the transport cost;
Follow up the loads plan according to the schedule;
Motivating drivers to carry out their job as correct, conscientious and efficient as possible;
Monitoring driving routes and refueling points;
Adding security parkings to the trip;
Escalation of deviations to immediate superior;
Create bookings for loading/ unloading;
Keep contact with customer service / clients;
