Description
- Answer general, account and service inquiries by telephone and e-mail in a professional manner and courteously, providing information and advice, for existing and potential Key Account Desk customers;
- Maintain and improve the complaining KAD customer image about DHL services;
- Promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition;
- Provide activity reports to direct superior;
- Conduct a proper communication & relationship with all DHL ROMANIA departments as well as with DHL network during complaints investigations.
Skills & experience
- Customer Care orientation;
- Communication skills in both Romanian and English (written & spoken);
- DHL services knowledge;
- Selling and negotiations skills;
- Teamwork spirit & initiative;
- Analytical thinking & adaptability;
- Very good PC skills (Word & Excel).
