Objectives
- To lead and develop the domestic clients' data-base, drive sales activities
- Grow the number of key account clients
Main Activities
Sales:
- Identifying new customers;
- Promoting, presenting and selling Coface credit insurance;
- Participating in thematic seminars and conferences presentations (when needed).
Impact:
- Having direct impact on the company achievement revenue and sales budget targets;
- Maintaining close relationship with all clients to promote and sell; enhance their impression of Coface Romania for potential up selling;
- Using of creative sales strategies, keeping an eye on efficiency and integrity;
- Identifying local competitors in various service areas.
Internal:
- Works together with the Sales Team to provide a high quality standard service for the local customers and to share new initiatives and ideas;
- Collaborates with the internal departments, communicates and shares the clients' requirements in order to be implemented in the production process.
Major challenges:
- Maintain high quality sales activity;
- Win new local sustainable business;
- Meet the sales budget targets and the revenue per customer.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics (ASE or similar)
- Foreign languages - fluent English mandatory
- PC literate (MS Office, browsing, e-mail)
- Skills in organizing, planning, controlling, assessment, negotiations
- Budget targets working skills Experience:
- One year relevant B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with reports, clients' database, time management
- Well-developed social skills, excellent communication skills
- Ambitious, persistent, business vocabulary, continuous improving will
- Clean driving license
