Key Account Manager

International group Nefab, who is offering protective packaging solutions and connected services to the industrial market, looking for a Key Account Manager to join the local Sales team  

Main Market coverage:  Telecom, Automotive, Heavy / Light Industry, Medical, Energy  

Location: BRASOV

Report to: Company Managing Director 

                                                 Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the current business relations with existing customers, through running and new projects

• Responsible for implementing company Sales strategy, to reach customer satisfaction, whilst contributing to company long term development 

• Actively searching, establishing and further develop business relations with  new customers in Brasov region 

Key Challenges

• Maintain a high level of flexibility and responsiveness 

• Be proactive to anticipate customer needs, project opportunities, as potential problems

• Coordinate development of packaging solutions that will reduce customer total cost connected to packaging, whilst providing company profit 

• Cooperate with internal departments in order to assure prompt and efficient reaction, by coordinating project team 

• Prepare and present offers 

 Requirements

• Solid and exercised abilities in project management 

• Pragmatic problem-solving skills, results oriented, tenacious and resilient

• Energetic and ambitious person with very good analytical, structural and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment

• Driving license B is a must

• Fluent English – any additional is a plus

Qualifications and background:

• University degree 

• Minim 5 years prior experience in B2B Sales, with medium and large production companies

• Experience in packaging is a plus
