Principal Responsibilities • On-site visits to consult our customers regarding their business needs • Cost calculations and establishment of quotations • Closing the business and hand-over to responsible departments • Monitoring the operational process and communication as well as providing status information • Managing of service issues • Maintaining and development of customer relationship • Support in organizing company and customer events • Networking within industry and business forums to expand sales opportunities • Support managing responses to ‘request for information’ and ‘request for proposal’ opportunities • Effective communication with functional/departmental colleagues to ensure a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained Person Specification • Minimum 3 years business to business sales experience ideally gained within the Freight forwarding, Logistic industry • Good communication and interpersonal skills for high level customers • Excellent communication skills both written and oral - in English and French (or any other foreign language) • Excellent presentation and selling skills • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills • IT competent in all fields of new media • Possession of valid driving license and desire to travel within Romania
