We are looking for a Key Account Manager.

In his new role,  Key Account Manager, should be support Global Account Manager on developing and managing customer relationships , offering them , on a continuing basis, a product/service package tailored to their individual needs.

Responsabilities:

• Working with Customers, offering a single point of contact (internally and externally)
• Defining and Achieving value-add for Customer and Supplier
• Winning New Projects in line with agreed Account development objectives
• Solving internal day to day problems referred to Clients Management
• Promoting brand/business
• Manage, motivate and develop the team
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the projects status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related t the project
• Providing a Monthly&Quarterly Business Review in terms of Revenue and Potential Business
• Ensure Clients Demand to be satisfied
• Reviews all major deliverables (. OTD, Quality Performance etc)
• To organize, co-ordinate and prepare credentials documentation, presentations and proposals in relation to client opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Technical School or HND – Preferred  Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product/Project Management or Sales/Account Management;

• English Fluent

• Excel –  advanced level;

  Power Point -  good  level;

  Ms. Project -  good level;

  CAD program/ viewer program – Medium Level

• Presentation skills - good level;

• Planning and organizational Skills – good level

• Coordination – medium  level

• Negotiation skills – medium level

•  Analytic skills – medium level
