What are we looking for?

 

We`re looking for a dynamic and motivated L1 Technical Support Analyst with English to join our Team in Iasi!


Requirements:

  • min. 1-year working experience in a service desk or ticketing area;
  • familiar with basic support and troubleshooting;
  • a very good verbal and written English skills;
  • able to deal with high pressure situations and tight deadlines effectively;
  • customer-service and quality oriented
  • inquisitive and creative in problem troubleshooting
  • flexible, proactive and a great team-worker
  • any background or previous experience in SAP ECTR, SAP MM, Siemens NX, Jira, Confluence, IBM Jazz or STEP is a plus;

Main responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and solve tickets as first contact for business users related to password reset, login request, refreshing accounts, licencing, etc.;
  • Respond to user queries, providing timely resolutions/updates to issues;
  • Document issues and troubleshooting steps in the customer`s system following a customer predefined scheme/template;
  • Analyse and fix missing products or product information including images, videos, documents related to engineering area in various data clients;
  • Change material master data and BOM data in SAP;
  • Solve authorization issues in STEP;
  • Analyze and escalate tickets to L2 Technical Support;
