Mission: To provide support to the HR Managers in the field of joint relations.

Under the responsibility of the HR Managers, you will be in charge of:

  • For the Social and Economic Council (regular monthly and extraordinary meetings depending on projects), the C2SCT (quarterly meeting) and the (quarterly meeting) and the Group Committee (annual): preparing the monthly agenda and sending it to the secretary, assist in the constitution of the files presented and sent, reread the minutes, record and follow up the answers to the questions asked during the meetings, respect of legal deadlines (follow the annual calendar), logistical organization(room reservation, contact with the Steno typing service provider, sending invitations to the CSE and to the expert (in case of expertise) and Group Committee (interface, respect of deadlines, sending the file).
  • Ensuring the calculation of the CSE subsidies (per quarter) and follow-up of the budgets (TBD to be done)
  • Building, analyzing and presenting to the CSE the XSAS company social report and the report on professional equality report.
  • Ensuring the realization of the work organization report, analysis and presentation to the social partners within the framework of the annual negotiations (NAO).
  • Updating the lists of social partners, mandates, monitoring of delegation hours at the national level, monitoring of delegation hours, monitoring and control of union designations and Economic, Social and Trade Union Training.
  • Following up on the implementation of social plans (PSE): interface with training organizations (make the PO), outplacement firm, TDB training budget.
  • Ensuring the realization of the elections of the group committee, organization and support of the elections of the CSE (every 4 years)
  • Other projects during the year depending on projects and negotiations

Must have:

  • Fluency in FRENCH & ENGLISH
  • Knowledge of the organization (organization chart), processes and Human Resources systems
  • Social law
  • Knowledge of the Collective Agreement, internal rules
  • Parity skills
  • Mastery of office automation tools
  • Budget management - financial analysis
